Introduction

The one place where there's nothing short of things to see or do and that is the internet. Fortunately for me (I think), I only have a 56K connection. Imagine what will happen to me if I have one of those broadband or T1 connections. I would have too much bandwidth to play with till I'm stressed out. It's like having a sports car but only able to drive within the city limits or it's like having the best kick-ass hometheater but only able to watch movies sparingly or at a low volume so as not to disturb the neighbours or baby.

Well, to survive the internet, things have to be done step by step and not in a greedy frenzy.

As for me, I only visit some favorite sites for occasional leisure or research ie. mostly forums for Q&A. Of course, I tend to bump into interesting stuff and sites to download .... and I'm hooked to the pc again. Control, that's the survival keyword.
